Since 2022, Claudia Rocha-Adams has been in her role as an account service coordinator.
But much of Claudia’s impact occurs behind the scenes. Extensive cross functional communication and alignment are required to ensure that ordersstay on track and customer expectations are met.
“There’s rarely a typical day” Claudia says. “Some mightassume the role revolves around constantly being on the phones with our clients, but there's so much more”
When asked what advice she would give someone just startingat GRLabel, her answer mirrors that that of a growth mindset:
“You have to want to learn. Be open to continuous learning and growth”
A Team Effort
Claudia will be the first person from the Client Experience Team to call out how impactful the relationships she’s made are.
“My team is what I enjoy most about working at GRLabel.We’re a close group and challenge each other both professionally andpersonally.”
That supportive culture is something she believes definesGrand Rapids Label. Coworkers often step in to help each other when needed. Thatenvironment has also shaped her own professional growth.
Claudia credits April Razmus and Kaylee Kransberger as majorinfluences in her GRLabel journey. Kaylee was instrumental in training her whenshe first started back in 2022, and April has played a key role in supportingher continued growth within the department. Both relationships have made animpact not only professionally, but personally as well.
Other teammates share a similar sentiment. One sales engineer shared:

Outside the Office
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys thrifting and home décor projects. She enjoys transforming spaces and finding unique design ideas and,perhaps most surprisingly, she also loves watching trials.
