At GRL, quality of our product is one of our top concerns. We utilize a quality assurance program that begins with raw material receipt and does not end until the product leaves our docks.

Our process incorporates standardized checks for all jobs, regardless of quantity or level of complexity. A unique job and product specific control system also allows for specialized checks of individual part numbers, depending on customer or product needs. GRL utilizes inspection equipment wherever possible to avoid the potential for human error or differences in interpretation.

SPC, Kaizen, One Piece Flow, QOS Measureables, Lean Manufacturing are systems we utilize to maintain continuous improvements throughout our plant. We believe that in order to stay competitive and provide our customers with the necessary level of quality, that we must provide our staff with the tools needed to reduce waste, increase productivity and meet customer deadlines.

In house testing and laboratories also provide our customers with an extra level of comfort, knowing that the materials provided will meet the rigorous environmental conditions and stressors of today’s market place. See our R&D section for further details on available testing equipment.
